Nicola Burns has been an integral part of Scullion & Green for over 25 years. Starting as a paralegal in 1999. She has displayed unwavering commitment by following a pathway of education to achieve a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Studies and Admission to the roll of Solicitors, all while managing a demanding workload with the firm and balancing family responsibilities.

Her dedication continued as she became a Partner & Director of the Company in 2018 showcasing her proficiency and passion for the legal profession.

Nicola Burns specialises in various aspects of Family Law, with a focus on matters related to matrimonial/relationship breakdown, contact and residence issues, wardship and adoption matters, and Children Order proceedings. In addition to her expertise in Family Law, Nicola also has a keen interest in Conveyancing, Criminal Law, Estate Administration litigation showcasing her versatility and comprehensive understanding of legal practices. Her dedication to these diverse areas reflects her commitment to providing holistic legal support to her clients at Scullion & Green.
