Nicola Burns has been an integral part of Scullion & Green for over 25 years. Starting as a paralegal in 1999. She has displayed unwavering commitment by following a pathway of education to achieve a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Studies and Admission to the roll of Solicitors, all while managing a demanding workload with the firm and balancing family responsibilities.

Her dedication continued as she became a Partner & Director of the Company in 2018 showcasing her proficiency and passion for the legal profession.

Nicola Burns specialises in various aspects of Family Law, with a focus on matters related to matrimonial/relationship breakdown, contact and residence issues, wardship and adoption matters, and Children Order proceedings.
