Declan Green earned his law degree (LLB) from Queen's University Belfast in 2003. Following that, he successfully completed the Certificate of Professional Legal Studies from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2005.

Declan Green commenced his journey with Scullion & Green as a Trainee in September 2003. Demonstrating dedication and skill, he continued with the firm upon qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2005. In recognition of his contributions and expertise, Declan was appointed as a partner in the firm in June 2009.

Declan’s main areas of practice are conveyancing, litigation (Plaintiff and Defence), criminal law and Children Order matters. Declan is a member of the Children Order Panel and the Children's Court Guardian Solicitors Panel. He also has experience in Liquor Licensing law and Judicial Review proceedings.
