Brian Scullion obtained his law degree from Queen's University, Belfast in 1991. Qualifying as a Solicitor in 1993, he initially worked in Belfast for 18 months before joining McGrady Collins Solicitors. Since then, he has been a steadfast member of the firm and was appointed as a partner in 2000.

Brian Scullion is an esteemed member of the Children's Order Panel and the Guardian ad Litem Solicitor Panel. His expertise lies in Family Law and Litigation, where he has demonstrated exceptional proficiency. As a seasoned Criminal Practitioner, Brian handles cases adeptly in both the Crown Court and the Magistrates Court.

Brian's passion for his work is evident in his routine, finding himself in court four out of five days per week. Beyond his legal practice, he currently holds the position of Chairman at the Down Solicitors Association. His diverse experience and commitment make him a valuable asset in the legal field.
